It's a work-in-progress since I never seem to make it the same way twice.
Basic dry rub for pork and beef.
¼ cup freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup paprika
¼ cup turbinado or light brown sugar
⅛ cup coarse salt
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp cayenne
For an interesting flavor treat, try adding in ¼ cup of ground coffee.
