AYSO is 50,000+ teams, more than 650,000 kids playing soccer, supported by 50 paid staff and tens of thousands of volunteers. Amazing.
Notice that this page is a couple of years out of date. AYSO has completely revamped it's web site and that broke all of the previous links. Both AYSO and USSF have placed limitations on many of the newer publications, which has made linking even more difficult. At this point I am waiting for things to settle before rebuilding this page. With the exception of the the first four AYSO links below, the links point to my own copies and should work just fine. However, they may not be for the current versions of those documents. (seh - 8 June 2018)
I've collected the following AYSO and USSF document links because they are often hard to find from their home pages. Unfortunately, they also tend to get moved around a bit and the links become stale (404 error). Please let me know if you notice this as I don't regularly check the links myself.
NOTE: To access the following links you first need to log into the AYSO Training web site by providing your AYSO ID#. Click here to login or you will get a very cryptic error message (error '80004005').

The Referee – A short essay
"Someone on this earth, every minute of the day or night, at a pub, bar, or club house, is vigorously discussing the 'offsides' rule." - Cecilio Mercado (1896-1989), member of the Chilean national team.
